Just some frequently asked questions and answers to help you make your decision.


Q1) Tell me more about your company?

A) Firstly we are here to stay. On our website we show our most up to date insurance documents, recent projects undertaken, social media links, contact info and credibility. We keep sufficient cash-flow within our business to ensure we are able to continue to expand and take on new projects.

Q2) What type of projects do you carry out?

A) Good question, we specialise in full house refurbishments and have a team to cover all trades. This includes extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings, plastering and rendering, external works and cladding. We understand not everyone needs a full house refurb and therefore we cover all those trades separately.

Q3) Should we move out when having an extension/loft conversion?

A) We are not going to lie, building is a messy business however, we have all precautions in place – all areas not being refurbished will be protected, plastic will be placed on the floors and all sheets will be provided. The extension/loft conversion can be built from the outside, it will only be the last knock through that may cause disruption within your home. We will ensure that after every days work your home will be left in a habitable condition.

Q4) What is the process to get a quote?

A) Once you have made contact with us, a member of our team will arrange a convenient time to come and visit and talk through you requirements. We will provide a written fixed price quotation. If the quotation is agreeable we will then come back to discuss full details and provide start dates and timelines for your project.

Q5) Can we see a recent project and speak to previous clients?

A) Yes to both, we encourage our clients to visit existing projects and speak to previous clients. This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for us as a company, display the quality of our workmanship and possibly give you inspiration for your own space.

Q6) Can you deal with our plans and building regulations?

A) We are able to provide and submit plans to the local authorities, as well as submitting building notices too. We use our own independent building control team who work with us on a regular basis.

Q7) Over budget and Over Time?

A) We prevent this from happening. You may of heard about other builders giving you a quote, finishing the works and the price has doubled. We don’t do this, we provide fixed quotations based on your requests, enabling you the client to know exactly where you stand before the project starts. We will provide you with a schedule of works, timeline and payment terms, which will all be bought forward to contract. (This statement omits any extras/additions requested by the client after fixed quotation has been agreed).

Q8) Can we sign a contract?

A) Yes, all documents will be brought forward to contract, the contracts are in place to protect both parties, ensuring everyone agrees on all works and pricing. We are a honest, trust worthy building company that will carry out exactly what we say we will and that you the client can relax with this in mind.
